Our 20 Foot x 20 Foot Weekender West Coast Frame Tent was made for fast and easy setup and is ideal for residential and commercial use. These easy-to-set-up West Coast Frame tents do not require center poles, which provide optimal space inside the structure for guests and equipment. Our Weekender West Coast Frame Tents feature a sturdy 1.5" diameter galvanized steel frame and fittings, with the steel fittings manufactured from 1.25" schedule 40 steel pipe and finished with a zinc plating. The tent top is made from strong translucent Polyethylene material that's water resistant. They feature 1" heat-sealed overlap seams and bungee ball ties to keep the top on. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls. Identification labels are heat bonded to each top. Features: Galvanized steel frame, rust & corrosion resistant durable metal connectors polyethylene top cover blocking up to 90% of the sun, heat-bonded at the seams, water resistant tent top. All tops have sidewalls ropes to hang sidewalls stakes for strength and stability. Storage bag, full instructions, care manual, and all necessary hardware are included. DURABLE & HEAVY DUTY Single piece canopy constructed with lightweight translucent polyethylene. All panels are bonded with 1-inch heat-sealed overlap seams for maximum strength, a galvanized interchangeable fitting system, and a solid steel frame.
FEATURES The tent top is water resistant, making it an ample shade and sun protection from ultra-violet rays. Plus, it features bungee ball ties to keep the top on. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of side walls.
VERSATILE Free-standing and can be temporarily used for such occasions as a wedding tent, a medical tent, or a curbside pickup tent. They can anchored with the supplied tent stakes or alternatively anchored with the supplied 1" ratchet straps. They can be set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, or decks. Hook stakes are provided for soft surfaces. Alternate anchoring would be necessary for installation on hard surfaces, with a minimum of 400 lbs of weight at pole location.
